Excellent Services and Great Staff!
clean room pleasant dinner warm hospitality
Satyam and Cici kept my room very clean and tidy each day. Aman, our server, provided a pleasant dinner experience. I particularly appreciated Preeti's professional service and warm hospitality throughout my visit.
I had a minor issue with the strongly scented toiletries in the room. I requested a milder option, but the hotel did not have any alternatives available. I ended up ordering a set of toiletries separately.

The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Preeti, who provided courteous and professional service. Satyam and Cici ensured the room remained clean and well kept daily, and they addressed any requests quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of Indian dishes. Dinner at Adalaj Pavilion offered a buffet with several options, some non-vegetarian choices. Aman provided a pleasant experience as our server.

comfy bed excellent housekeeping cute staff
i often travel for business so this hotel really stood out for me. the room had a comfy bed and the housekeeping service was excellent. the staff were cute. the location is also convenient with a coffee shop nearby.

i enjoyed many healthy breakfast options daily it was a great start. lunch featured delicious choices i tried the monthal dish every day. i especially appreciated the attentive service at citrus junction.

the hotel is beautifully designed luxury is evident throughout. the location is quite convenient with quick access to the mall. i also found a nice coffee shop just across from the hotel.

the room i had offered city views from the club level it was spacious and clean. it was also thoughtfully maintained with great amenities. the housekeeping staff kept everything perfect every day.

slow check-in privacy issue
The foyer is fine.
The check-in experience was slow. I stayed in a room overlooking tall office buildings. This created a privacy issue. I had to keep the curtains closed almost all the time.
